I am 220 kms in with my Norco VLT R1 and am loving it. I am also very happy with my LBS.

I just checked the software versions in the settings mode with the Intuvia. Here is what I found:
- Service offering and availability 1.1. The Bosch eBike Systems Dealer Portal is a platform with a variety of functions that can be accessed on the Internet via and which you, as a user, can use to download diagnostic software as well as operating instructions and technical documents, monitor service tickets, manage completed online training courses, download/use online tools for promoting.
- Software updates bring even more eBike fun. If you want to keep your eBike and computer up to date at all times you should perform regular software updates. This is the only way to make use of the continuously enhanced smart functions, up-to-date maps and improved features.

Power Pack: Latest - 1.7.1.0 | Installed - 1.5.2.0
Drive Unit: Latest - 1.7.0.0 | Installed - 1.6.0.0
As I am having no problems with the bike, my questions are:
- Would there be any substantial difference if the Power Pack and Drive Unit were updated to current?
- Is it a major undertaking for the LBS?
